On the release of the 'First Sign' album the band toured the length and breath of Ireland as well as finding time to write new material. Memorable gigs have included Midnight At The Olympia and the Millstreet Music Fair where Tom Robinson was so impressed with the band that he invited them on stage later that evening to perform one of his hits 'War Baby' with himself and his band. The album received extensive airplay on Irish radio and was a particular favourite of the late Gerry Ryan and Tony Fenton. Such was the quality of the recordings many of the tracks still receive extensive airplay.

The 'First Sign" album contains Twelve tracks. Of these, three have been released as singles, 'Brilliant Sunshine' which reached No. 3 in the Irish Charts, was only kept from the No. 1 spot by Blur and Michael Jackson. The second single 'Whatever Happened to Lucy' reached No. 14 in the National Airplay charts. The third single 'Perfectly Happy' also received very strong airplay throughout Ireland. The Album was recorded in the prestigious Windmill Lane Studios in Dublin and was produced by the highly acclaimed producer/engineer Andrew Boland who has worked with artists such as Kate, Bush, Wet Wet Wet, Christy Moore, Mary Black and on the Riverdance and Lord Of The Dance albums.
